I’m passionate about transforming complex data, technology, and analytics into actionable intelligence that drives modernization, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

I currently serve as an IT Specialist (Data) with the U.S. Tech Force at the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), where I focus on enterprise data, analytics, modernization, and technology initiatives that support mission-critical government operations. My work brings together data architecture, analytics, AI, cloud technologies, data governance, and enterprise reporting to help organizations make better use of their information and technology investments.

Over the course of my career, I have worked across complex enterprise environments designing analytics solutions, developing data and reporting strategies, improving data governance, automating ETL processes, and delivering executive dashboards and intelligence platforms that support measurable business outcomes.

My experience spans enterprise data architecture, analytics transformation, CRM intelligence, AI-enabled insights, business intelligence, data governance, ETL automation, and cross-functional technology integration. I have worked with platforms and technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, and Generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT Enterprise.

I recently expanded my focus into modern data architecture and cloud-based analytics, including completing coursework in Databricks architecture and deepening my expertise in scalable data platforms, lakehouse architectures, data engineering, and AI-ready data environments.

I enjoy bridging the gap between business strategy, data architecture, and technology execution—helping organizations modernize their data ecosystems, improve visibility and governance, and turn information into meaningful insights.
